Well, we were there shopping for a car for my son, George met us in the parking lot and offered his assistance... we’ll needless to say with in 5 min of talking about which car in the lot is a good fit and the cars to stay away from I realized that he is not the typical salesman, in fact George is a down to earth no BS honest man, like it or not ... you will respect what he has to say.. and he is the type of guy who not wants to sell you a car but develop a relationship where you will buy cars from him for many years to come. Not only did my son buy a car .. to my complete surprise I bought a truck from him that same afternoon. Both sales were painless, even the paperwork was painless .. it’s like they streamlined the whole process and they all stayed after the store closed on a holiday weekend and seemed happy to do it...no pressure but they will present you with options so you can make an educated decision but when the decision is made .. their is no pressure ... great guys great service... looking forward to a long relationship with them ... Craig, Rick, Paul, the receptionists and other staff that I came into brief contact with were extremely professional, while still managing to be lively and upbeat. This is not the Price is Right show, so how was the actual car purchasing deal? Overall, they explained thoroughly how the accounting will be played out while really suggesting added cost items. Again, I did not feel that there was going to be any "padded" cost that I have experienced in the past and heard about. Will recommend Metro Ford and proud to say that I am now a repeat customer.
