My granddaughter just her first used from Rob Sight Ford on February 13th. She was experiencing a problem with her new used vehicle so I suggested that she call the dealership and I would take it into have it checked out. Sam the service advisor got right on it spending a good amount of time checking everything. The service tech did all the pertinent checks and couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Sam suggested to my granddaughter to keep her eye on anything unusual and if it occurs again to bring it back. Happy with the service department.

Repairs we're done within the estimated time frame. I usually go to my local dealership but they couldn't handle the heavy repair. No problem for these guys.

Noticed a truck on their website, stopped by Louisburg Ford to see the truck. Jimmy Baker was my sales associate and showed me the 2023 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT Sport 4x4 with 15k miles. I really liked the truck, it was well optioned for its trim level, options found in higher trim level trucks. I decided to trade out of my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with 80k miles. The newer truck was priced fairly well based upon the current market trend. The entire process went extremely smooth, Jimmy did a great job during the negotiations, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I have owned many Ford vehicles over the years, have never had any issues with them. I would 100% recommend Louisburg Ford and Jimmy Baker if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

I had a mixed experience at Thoroughbred Ford in Platte City. Overall, the dealership seemed professional, and I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. However, after the sale, I ran into a major issue: the key I received wasn’t the original key tied to the car, and it limited some features of the vehicle (speed limiter, volume limiter, and phone controls). When I asked a salesman for help, he belittled me, used extreme profanity, and gave me zero confidence in the reliability of the purchase. He then hung up on me after saying he could not make decisions about a previous transaction, while also claiming he makes most of the decisions about truck prices on the lot. Because of this experience, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership, and I do not recommend it to others.

Broken promises! Get everything in writing because they will lie about anything to get you to buy and then pull the rug out. Told me they were going to fix some issues with my car and then didnt. Terrible customer service. Never ralked to the same person and would not return my calls after they made their sale. Go anywhere other than this dealership. Worst customer experience Ive ever had at any establishment. Listen to the other reviews. They are proud to lie and cheat hard working people. Buyer beware!

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX IT AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE MORE FOR MORE PARTS, SAYING IT ISN'T UNDER WARRANTY. MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT BUT HAS NOW SAYING NOTHING HE CAN DO. BUT THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER I HAD TO KEEP BRINGING MY VECHICLE BACK SEVERALY TIMES RUDE HATEFUL AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES UNTIL IT BLEW UP. This was my first experience with this dealer. I was greeted by a sales consultant almost immediately. I told him I had done my homework and wanted to test drive a specific preowned vehicle, which he arranged in no time. Upon my return, we started the negotiations and was very pleased by his low-pressure attitude and willingness to work with me. He lowered the price on a vehicle that was already a bargain, authorized brake work my mechanic had recommended be done before I bought, searched for little extras I asked for. Had the car paid for, brake work done and title in hand within four hours of walking onto lot. Seemingly honest, very efficient and helpful.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do not take your car to this dealership. My Ford Fiesta broke down and I took it to our local mechanic to look at it. He identified the transmission as the issue and told me to take it to Ford because my car is not anywhere old enough or high enough mileage to have this issue. I brought it in and told them exactly what he told me including the transmission oil being black. Swafford said it was a warranty issue and "fixed" it. Last week I left work to go to my car and it would not accelerate or reverse. Transmission again. I had it towed back to them. They are claiming they never touched the transmission fluid even though they replaced parts and serviced it. My transmission is now completely burnt up and my car is undrivable. They are telling me I have to pay them 7000 to replace a transmission they screwed up on a 5 year old car That is under 100,000 miles and has been regularly serviced.
