Straight Forward and No Pressure I was rear-ended and had my car totaled out. I was provided a rental car that was going to be up by Monday so I needed to buy a car on Saturday. I went to another dealership and was not happy. That dealer was lying every other word. Such was not the case at Metro Ford. Garett was good to work with. He was knowledgeable and showed me a thing or two I hadn't seen in my research. We noticed the car had hail damage which most cars at Metro Ford did at the time because of a serious storm that had passed through. Garett worked with me so that I got that damage taken care of in 2 days time and even delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to take time out of work. I would have liked a little more wiggle room on the price downward, but for the options that I got and the mileage that I got, I was happy with the buying experience and believe I was treated fairly. More
