Very enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle As I was looking at a new Ford Flex on the lot Ronnie Vargas came out to show me its features. Then he asked me if I had ever driven a Flex. When I sa As I was looking at a new Ford Flex on the lot Ronnie Vargas came out to show me its features. Then he asked me if I had ever driven a Flex. When I said no he immediately got the keys as we went for a drive. He had a nicely thought through course to show off the Flex's capabilities. The drive was enough to hook me on the Flex. I had been eyeing it for some time as a replacement for my Freestyle. Ronnie and the Sales Manager went to work to find the Flex that I wanted. We made the deal and they had the car from another dealer by the end of the day. Obviously, Ronnie is sold on the Flex, and he did an outstanding job helping me with the purchase. After the weekend and a Monday to get the car prepped, Ronnie helped me learn more features and even got my iPhone bound to the Flex's Sync system. Now, after several days of driving my new Flex I'm even more impressed and want to thank Ronnie for his warmth and friendship in the buying process. More

New 2017 Ford Focus I've owned two cars but this was the first time buying a brand new car. I've had horrible experiences in the past with buying cars but I've never been I've owned two cars but this was the first time buying a brand new car. I've had horrible experiences in the past with buying cars but I've never been to Metro Ford. They really helped me find the car that was right for me and that I wanted. Not what they wanted but actually what I wanted. I was able to give them my budget and they did all the work to find every option available to me. Previous experiences dealers have been pushy and just trying to make a sale. Whenever I said no to something that was the end of it and we kept moving forward. Garett Gibson helped me every step of the way and even after he checked up on me to make sure everything was going good. All my answers were always a phone call away. It was pretty impressive how much he knew about cars and very comforting knowing I could rely on him for answers. For once I'm looking forward to returning to the same dealership when I go to make my next car purchase. More
