What? Another Edge? I can't say enough about Michael Henry. He found, not one, but 5 weeks later found another Ford Edge, for me, after the first one was totaled in a b I can't say enough about Michael Henry. He found, not one, but 5 weeks later found another Ford Edge, for me, after the first one was totaled in a broadside collision, no fault of mine. He didn't give up till he found exactly what I wanted both times. He encouraged me to ask questions till I was satisfied. He called my house to check on my injuries after the accident. He called several times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I also would like to say that though my 5 week old Edge was totaled, the 3/4 ton Dodge Ram pickup that hit me was severely damaged, and possibly totaled, also, I believe it was the well made, Government 5 Star Safety Rating--side crash Edge, the seat belt and the air bags that kept me from having even more serious injuries. Would I recommend Michael and Metro? You better believe it! More
Friendly, helpful, stress-free new car purchase. George Indelicato helped me with the purchase of a new 2017 Edge. He was great to work with-- very knowledgeable and intent on finding me just the right car. My old car was 12 years old, so I was not familiar with much of the technology on the newer cars. George Indelicato made sure everything was set up correctly before I left the dealership that day and scheduled a follow-up appointment with me the following week to discuss any questions I might have about the car. Even though George Indelicato was my salesman, other salesmen on duty would ask if I needed anything while I waited. Names I remember were Garett Gibson, George Rackley, and Jason Bills. Business Manager Paul Young was also very pleasant to deal with. Everyone was really nice and I would recommend Metro Ford. More

George Rackley George sold me my first Focus in 2013, and every time I came in for regular maintenance he always found me to say hi. This dealership and service dep George sold me my first Focus in 2013, and every time I came in for regular maintenance he always found me to say hi. This dealership and service department are so friendly. I know I can count on them anytime I have problems, even with my children's vehicles. When I came in looking for a 2017 George new exactly what I wanted and worked hard to find it for me. I LOVE MY CAR and that is important because I spend a lot of time in it.
