I would highly recommend them and especially Erich Phillips, our salesman. He was very hands on and will commute thru email and texting if that is your preferred method of communication. I bought a car on Wednesday and mentioned I needed a car for my son. He found him a car and was back on Saturday to pick it up. More

The dealership is very easy to deal with. No back and forth hassle. Trade ins at a far price. This is the second time I have dealt with Metro in 3 years. Both times they gave me the same dollar trade in that Car Max offered to buy. Great place to do business. More

I go in thinking that I am going to get talked into a vehicle and payment that I am uncomfortable with. Typically it feels like they get the good deal instead of me. I looked at a different ford dealership in the KC area and had a not so great experience so I was hesitant to try Metro Ford. My experience at Metro Ford was quite opposite of other dealership experiences. I got the Mustang that I wanted from Garett who is extremely knowledgeable about Mustangs and isn't a typical pushy sales person which is a great change. George made sure I got the car that I wanted even if he had to go get it and was extremely responsive. Rick was very friendly and went the extra mile too. As long as their service department is as good as their sales experience, they probably have a lifelong customer here and I will recommend them. Drive past the other Ford dealerships and go to this one. Glad I did. Good job! More
