This dealer would not refund the service contra My experience with Metro Ford, Independence, MO, Ron Hamilton, General Sales Manager and Ford Credit! This dealer would not refund the service contract of $3,909 that was in effect for 17 days after my sister’s husband died and she returned Ford Explorer. Told loan amount less KC Auction price for a new 2017 Ford Explorer, She had to pay them $7,830.80 to drive a car less than 100 miles with no refund on service contract or the pro pack they added to interest free loan.
