Classic “bate and switch” routine. I even called a few hours before I showed up to make sure the jeep showing in stock online was still available. When my wife and I showed up a few ho I even called a few hours before I showed up to make sure the jeep showing in stock online was still available. When my wife and I showed up a few hours later they said they brought the jeep to a dealer for a recall. I was told that when they got the jeep back from the recall repair I could test drive it. But they insisted I test drive another jeep on their lot. I was also told that they didn’t have the title yet and it would be 3-4 weeks before they would get it and they COULD NOT sell me the jeep until they received the title. Two days later I get a call telling me that they sold the jeep to somebody else and wanted to know if I was still interested in the jeep that they were pushing on me. I will never go to Merchants again. I also took the VIN number from their website and checked with jeep myself and the jeep dealership claimed there was no recalls on that 2022 jeep wrangler. More
