I will say I am incredibly grateful they were able to help me get a vehicle. That being said the vehicle I got was not the one I had originally inquired about and I wasn’t made aware of this until after help me get a vehicle. To pick it up. When I did pick up My vehicle the gas tank was near empty, there was white residue all over it the exterior, the inspection expires in May, and there was a sticky substance inside one of the rear cupholders. To top it all off I was never given any of my paperwork to Register the vehicle and despite having emailed both my finance manager, and my sales person, I still don’t have the needed paperwork to register it, and my plates expire on Friday. More

Good customer service. Purchased now 3 cars over the year with merchants. Had good experience until this last purchase when the salesman lied to me. Said the finance company wouldn’t finance me a car over 20,000 but proceed Had good experience until this last purchase when the salesman lied to me. Said the finance company wouldn’t finance me a car over 20,000 but proceeded to add on almost 7000 in the warrantees how does that make sense? total purchase price was almost 28,000. How does a finance company not finance me for 20,000 but will finance warranties for seven… Doesn’t make sense. Knew they were in the wrong and offered to send me 500$ Just because. Will not purchase from here again. It was after lie after lie. Consult a consumer protection, lawyer. More
