Joe was good to work with. But I am not happy I was knowingly sold a car that failed inspection. I am quite surprised and disappointed that Merchants allowed this to happen. I am even more surprised I had to find this out on my own. Nobody at Merchants told me the car failed inspection. So here I am stuck with a car that should not be on the road. I’d appreciate it if Merchants would fix the car as soon as possible so it can pass inspection instead of the car just sitting in my driveway. That is not why I bought it. Thank you. More
