He was personable and friendly without being pushy, as well as clearly knowledgeable and passionate. He listened to what I was interested in and didn't steer me towards anything unnecessary. Once we had decided on a car, Steve made the financial component incredibly simple- I might even call it fun! It is clear that both he and Rodney enjoy their jobs and believe in the company they work for. They both went over all of the services that are now available to me and I feel very comfortable that we will be taken care of in upcoming years. The second Jeep he showed us was exactly what we were looking for. He was very helpful pointing out features of the car and putting through the paperwork finding us the best finance rate. Great dealership! I went in with 3 kids and wanted to trade in a vehicle that was still highly owed on. They give the kids donuts, popcorn, offered yogurt and allowed them to play a little basketball inside, it was fantastic! They were able to get me into a beautiful SUV even though I owed thousands on my car to trade in.
