After dealing with my car accident & it being totaled, it was refreshing to deal with this. The staff was very pleasant to work with. Brady was wonderful & very sweet. Dane made the process easy to understand. Brittney who I had been texting with, was also very nice to work with. I truly appreciate all the efforts made into getting me into an upgraded version of what I had lost a month ago now. Being a busy mom of 2, working full time in retail, this was definitely a much needed present to myself. I cannot thank everyone enough for all their efforts in giving me peace of mind again. More
Being my Grandaughter starting in Troy. He said I needed a engine air filter I said ok. They finished with the car he said everything is good. Later on I checked under the hood and I seen 4 broke screws that hold down the engine air filter assembly which Troy Nissan did not break the screws but didn't tell me about the broke screws but I replaced 3 of them. Losing trust with them. Then on January 02, 2024 my Grandaughter called and said the check engine light is on and the car was skipping. I told her to carry it to Troy Nissan she got there around 1130am they told her to go back around 315pm. She did they changed the oil and rotated the tires. When they finished they walked up to her gave her the keys and the paperwork and said her car was ready. The name Jenice was on the paperwork. Then my Grandaughter went to the cashier to pay and she said the cashier was somewhat rude and acted like she was being interrupted. But then my Grandaughter got it done and left the dealership and she called me and said the check engine light is still on and the car engine was still skipping. I carried it to Bondy's Nissan where they fixed the engine issue and they checked the lug nuts and said the lug nuts was too tight. They retorqued the lug nuts. Then after $500 later they fixed the engine issue and overtighten lug nuts so I cannot trust Troy Nissan (Merchant) More
