For me the measure of a dealer is not only how they treat their customer during the sale, but how they continue to support after the sale was made. This dealership gets a perfect score on both accounts. Tom was most professional throughout the process, with no pressure whatsoever. While many people may walk out of a dealership feeling like they took what they could get, I left feeling like I got what I wanted. I chalk that up to not only Tom, but their management as well. I also had the pleasure of dealing with their service department and found them to be very pleasant and accommodating. More

From that point forward Alex earned my business at every step of the process. We walked through the car and options and a brief inventory search verified there was nothing meeting my requirements available. Alex explained the ordering timeline and promptly provided a quote by email. Alex's quote was itemized, complete and competitive. He took my deposit over the phone and kept me updated by email. The car arrived as ordered and ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car he patiently educated my wife and I on the cars many features and even comped us the Winter floor mats I had already planned to order...very nice. I did not work with Alex in deciding what car or options to get, but given his knowledge and professional but relaxed demeanor, I would definitely call him first if I were to start the process again. My only experience is with Alex, but I sincerely hope my future experiences with the rest of the dealership meet his high standard. More
