I was full of nerves and excitement the morning I went to sign the papers for my FIRST Mercedes but as soon as I was greeted and welcomed by the staff my nerves slowly settled down. My salesman Rich was great, personable, funny and seemed as if he really cared that I got the car I imagined and for the price I was told. Boy oh boy i'm sure Glad I didn't. For $15 dollars per month more than the TLX, I'm now driving a 2015 C Class, and not a base model mind you.
