Everyone seemed busy through the time I was there but will stop at a moments notice stop and talk to you no matter what it's about. all of my needs were met and then sum. While talking with Alex I felt like I was more than a customer to him, I actually felt like I wasn't just there to buy a car but to see people who enjoyed my company. When I came in to get a car I traded in my older ml 350 and got a brand new ml 400, the trade in price i got for my old car was exactly what I expected it to be and only took 5 minutes to get the best price for my car. The whole car buying experience only took about 45 minutes to buy. I will definitely be going back there if I was to get another mercedes. More

I owe that to Tom and the rest of the team at MB White Plains for working hard to earn my business. I have been in a lot of car dealerships over the years and only a handful can offer an experience like MB of White Plains. In addition to offering me a great deal, they were very respectful of my time. With a demanding job and a family, I don't have hours to spend negotiating, filling out paper work, contacting insurance companies, etc, etc. Tom did all of this for me and was incredibly responsive over email and over the phone. All in all, I think i spent less than 2 hours between shopping, negotiating price and picking up the car. It's hard to do that and get a great deal, but Tom made it happen for me. If your life situation is similar to mine, then this is the place to shop and Tom Chen is the guy to talk to. More

The buying experience was unmatched, and the service experience is the best I've had with any other dealerships. A few months ago, the mirrors of my ML350 were stolen. And with some luck I found them at the Police Station while reporting the incident. I had a local shop reinstalling them so I can safely drive to the dealership, where Octavio went the extra mile seeing me without appointment and having the specialist working on my car right away. They were able to save one mirror as the other had the connections badly damaged, and was immediately replaced. Octavio Otiniano has taken very good care of my wife and I ever since we started dealing with Mercedes Benz of White Plains a few years ago. He is always cordial, knowledgeable and always makes sure you get what is best for you and your vehicle. I have to mention Alex Antigua, from Sales and Klitos Manuel from Finance. My two careers and graduate program would not be possible without a car. I went to two MB dealerships prior to White Plains and my experience before coming was very stressful and I felt unhappy. I came to White Plains on Wednesday and felt at home. Every single individual who walked passed me while I was waiting for my salesman, Alex Antigua, asked me if I needed assistance with anything or offered water, tea, etc. Alex is my ideal salesman! He gave me all the information I needed on my 2012 C-Class and was very professional and pleasant. I was still in alot of pain from my accident and needed time before deciding and he did not pressure me to make a decision, which I felt at the previous dealerships. Alex gave me all his contact information and was available even when he was not in the office. I was out from work and the doctor's orders were to rest and I must say, this would not have been possible if i had to make many trips to the dealership. After I made my decision to go forward with the car, I picked up my car the next day! No trips to the DMV! When it was time for paperwork, another salesman, Terrik assisted me and answered all my hundreds of questions. Alex was already assisting another client so to not have me waiting, Terrik was available and did great! Next think I know, I had the keys!
