I had called the dealership and by fate Youssef answered and from then on it was smooth sailing. Everything went without a hitch. Youssef is a man of his word, in addition to being compassionate and trustworthy. On phone he told me the 2 that were available for what my dad was looking for. I came in that day with my mom. We drove over an hour and half in traffic and it was worth it. After being loyal customers for many years at another mercedes benz dealership my family was looking for loyalty back so I researched this dealership and I called. He was very knowledgable and about the vechical and was able to convey that in a comfortable, confident manner. He worked very hard to make the sale work and kept a positive flow through the negotiations. It is not necessarily easy to sell a car but Youssef makes it seem that way with a relaxed professional approach.
