My Daughter and I both were in on the same day to check out the new Mercedes SUV and C300 series. We both were handled by Alex and felt very comfortable right from the start there was no pressure at all. We both pretty much jumped into the cars and that was it Alex had us taken care of within 3 days. I have owned BMWs for the last 15 years the transition has been a wonderful up grade. Super friendly and fair on pricing First time buyer of MB and chose Pepe While Plains based on relationships with their other dealerships and the reviews online. They offered a fair price right off the bat and we signed the papers then and there. I had been to many other MB dealerships in the NY/NJ area and none of them treated me with as much as much RESPECT and GRACE as Alex and everyone at MB of White Plains did. Sales representatives at other MB dealerships acted as if they were in trying to help me when in fact they weren't, they were trying to con me a if I did not do a lot of research on true car and other websites like that to know what a fair price is. Alex made sure I got all the features I wanted in my dream car and did not try to force any unwanted features that did not benefit me unlike other MB Dealers that act as if they are so much smarter than you. He made my first car purchase ever extremely easy and stress free by getting me to a fair purchase price that I wanted to pay. He made sure that my mother, uncle and I were always consistently smiling by addressing all of our questions (no matter how may times we repeated them lol) and concerns. Throughout this whole process Alex made sure he was always accessible no matter how busy the dealership got during my time of purchase or when I was waiting for my car to be delivered (which he made sure I got my car the Next day after my first visit) he always checked up to make sure I was okay.
