When the first time I went to this dealer, we did not have a very good experience with one of the account rep. However, we decided to go back and give it a second try since we were interested in one of have a very good experience with one of the account rep. I must say that Thomas made us totally change what we felt about this dealership. He spent the time to explain and came out to help us during his off day. He even took us to a long test drive to allow us to fully understand and feel the car. He made us very comfortable, and did not pressure us into any buying process right away. After this visit, we felt that your account rep play an very important role in terms of your whole buying experience. Even though we eventually bought our ML350 at the other dealer, but it’s strictly because of the color, newer year, very very low mileage and financial package.
