As a respected communications professional of the number one rated news organization in America, I have met and worked with people from every field and sector. Having worked with a plethora of people, I can one rated news organization in America, I have met and worked with people from every field and sector. Having worked with a plethora of people, I can confirm it's a rarity to encounter someone -in any field- who is competent, c, and charming all in one. However, Tom Chen is that person. He provided me with exceptional service from the moment I walked into the dealership up until this very day when I called with a service question. Beyond his thorough performance and wiilingess to go out of his way to meet my needs, he was warm and friendly in the most genuine of ways. With all th vehicles I've leased and all the salespeople I've dealt with over the years, it has always felt like they were just that; a car salesman trying to secure a deal. This makes my review even more ironic, as I still don't feel like he is a car salesman. Never once did I feel pressured or persuaded by him. Instead, he ensured that I understood every step of the way. Not only did he answer every possible question I could devise, but he answered his phone at every moment I called. Working in the news business warrants long hours, yet Tom was happy to coordinate my deal way beyond the office hours by speaking to me at 9 and 10PM. He worked around my schedule to stay until 9 PM in office to deliver my car the day I picked it up (even presented me with chocolates as I signed the deal circa 8 PM). Of course every car person makes money when you buy a car; such is their business. Nevertheless, Tom never seemed to care about the money involved. The focus was always on if I was comfortable, if I was happy, and what else he could do to make that happen--even if it meant waiting to get the car until the price was right. I've spoken to his character so much that I haven't even gotten to the best part--the deal he was able to make for me. It is perfectly evident through assessing my monthly payment that Tom toiled to secure such an unbelievable price for me. Who would have guessed I would be able to afford a Mercedes? Well, I wouldn't be able to, had I not met this incredibly reliable, hard-working, and warm-hearted,  individual. What an incomparable feeling to know I have someone who will answer my calls night and day and to ensure that all my vehicle-needs are met. Even after getting the sale, he still remains as responsive and helpful as the first day we met. What we drive defines us in a way, so having someone like Tom to guide me in making this significant decision is  more than I could hope for in my wildest of car dreams. Buying a car without him is like planning a wedding without a wedding planner: you probably will still make it to the "I do" but why put yourself through misery until that day when you've got a lifetime of it ahead? More
