Because of what seemed a good CPO car at a resonable price, I made 1 call Mercedes-Benz of White Plains for 1st contact with Kyle. She was very knowledgeable and willing to assist and follow up to my q price, I made 1 call Mercedes-Benz of White Plains for 1st contact with Kyle. Next day we drove 3 hr from MA for our 1st trip to MB of WP and were greated at the door and, even not knowing of our drive, the rep at door offered us coffee or water and immediately presented a comfortable and helpful atmosphere and in no way pushy, "in your face" or "can you relly afford a Merc" demeanor. He was quick to get Kyle and the rest of the experience with everyon involved was very positive. Even considering it took ~3 hrs of determining how to get insurance and funding that day so we could take car home that day Kyle was very reassuring and helped make the process much easier. Excellent experience and will definitely recommend them and also be cosidering MB or WP and Kyle - hopefully in a few years to purchase a new C350. More
