The experience of customer service is second to none. Prior to buying the car, we had many questions. They got back to my wife and me right away. Te dealers that we contacted were in: Danbury, ct, river head, long island, the one off route 684 in Ny, white plains and another one that I cannot recall at the moment. Bob ayo and gary turco were top shelf. We have since dealt with Eric keckas at the servicing area in white plains and we were very pleased at the level of customer service he provided us with. We do not mind driving the extra 12 miles to go to white plains compared to the one that is closer to our home. A new car is an expensive purchase, and a Mercedes-Benz even more so. I was very impressed with the dealer's willingness to therefore be patient with the process, as this is not something to be undertaken even more so. At the end of the day, without any undue pressure, I was able to fully road test all the models that made sense for me, and get very good input from the sales advisor. When all was said and done, we found the perfect car, at a very reasonable price. Further, the preparation for delivery and the service post-delivery has been outstanding!
