My lease on my 350E had another 13 months to run. Tom Chen, my sales rep at Mercedes Benz White Plains called me out of the blue on a saturday afternoon. He made me an offer to put me immediately in a new, 350E (current year, not last year's model) and to terminate my existing lease without further cost, at a monthly cost that was too good to believe, or at least for me to believe(I'm a litigation lawyer, so I'm usually skeptical of what I'm told). I kept on saying "what's the catch," but I came in anyway and checked it out, and the deal I signed was actually better than what Tom Chen told me by phone he could do. I had my new car within a week from that saturday call. I've told people about it since and they can't believe it. I am thoroughly delighted with my new 350E. I just hope in a couple of years I get another call from Tom Chen. Tom E More

Its service and sales areas are more modern. Roberto Garcia, their new sales manager, is very helpful and is a no nonsense straight shooter who gave me a fair deal on my new car. I was skeptical about the functionality of Mercedes electronics and it turns out that I underestimated its features. The voice command and navigation systems work very well. I did not expect that my car would automatically identify traffic jams and provide me with new routing. Wow! More
