I came to Mercedes Benz 4 Years ago with no intention to buy a Mercedes whatsoever, I was just looking around for cars and I came to MB White plains as I lived by and I was just walking around. I met Peter Bassani and he showed me some cars but he took time to understand my needs, my prefrence and he was not pushy but he kept following up with me for 3 months where i told him about my shopping around for other cars etc. He called me after a while and he told me he knows I am not intreseted in Merceds but he has a great preowned certfied and he would like to show it to me. I went and saw it and just loved it and it stayed with me for 4+ years It was an ML that I absolutely loved at a great value for money. When i decided to change I went back two weeks ago and of course back to him as a loyal customer and I was thinking to upgarde just a few years up, another preowned certfied but a bit newer. He showed my husband and I some preowned and then he started to show me new ones and he convinced us totally (as we defenitely trust him too about our new ML and we walked away with a great new silver ML that I am so happy with. the only thing that was sad for me to watch my old ML go!! but I am sure I will love the new one as much ai Loved my old one. Peter is really a remarkable sales person builds trust consistently throughout the years and it stands the time and he is never pushy and the purchase decision was 100% attributed to him. More

From the minute I walked in the door I felt extremely welcome. I inquired about the 2012 Subaru WRX STi that was for Sale and they set me up with the right sales rep. At one point he even told me he wanted the car which was kinda coincidental that he would be selling me the vehicle. He was superb he took me right to the car after we spoke a lil bit and let me test drive my 2012 Subaru WRX STi which is now named "SWIFT" for one reason only, she's a beast, she's fast and smooth, she has control, and she's definitely swift. Probably one of the best parts about it is the fact that my girlfriend named the car and her name is Taylor. After the test drive we talked over some numbers and paper then a few days later I picked up the car and I couldn't be any happier she's beautiful and I got her at the best price ever I've seen for that model. My fiance and I visited Mercedes Benz of White Plains for the first time on September 26th and had a pleasant experience. I saw a 2010 E350 online and wanted to see it as soon as possible. I contacted them l the first time on September 26th and had a pleasant experience. I saw a 2010 E350 online and wanted to see it as soon as possible. I contacted them late in the evening and Mr. Lenny Salvatore advised the vehicle was still available so I dashed over there around 6pm. As it was almost closing I was not sure what service I would receive but much to my amazement Mr. Salvatore was available, pleasant and knowledgable about the car. He took the time to explain all details and answer all questions of concern. We were pleased with what we saw and the service we received and decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Salvatore was able to complete all the paperwork that same evening and call me with confirmation of approval the next day. On the day of pick up Saturday September 29th the great service was continued with Mr. Bobby Ayo. He was very warm and friendly. He thoroughly explained all documents before requesting signatures. As I was trading in my 2008 E350 he enlightened me of the new enhancements to the 2010 E350 and exhibited his great expertise and familiarity of the cars features/options. My wife and I are repeat customers to MB of White Plains. We already have an S550 but wanted to get a new C300 for our 16 year old daughter. It was her first new car experience. Not only did Michael Livia and MB of White Plains provide excellent sales service but they also delivered a great price package. More importantly, they made our daughter feel wonderful ? This was more important to me than price. We have one child and wanted the experience to be special. Michael Livia arranged for a giant red bow to be placed on the car so that when we arrived - our daughter would get that special feeling. Michael also took care to spend time with our daughter to make sure she understood the car and all of its features. I could not imagine finding someone nicer or easier or better to work with than Michael. It was a pleasure. We will be sharing this experience with our friends. More

It was great working with Chris. I stopped by the dealership on Wednesday evening, told him what I was looking for, he showed me a car that was in inventory. I liked it. On Friday around noon we had an agreement and I picked it up Saturday morning. He had the paperwork prepared for me to sign when I arrived. When I was ready to leave, he explained all the features of the car and connected my phone, garage door opener and put my home address in the navigation system. He took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and told me to call him anytime or stop by the dealership if I needed additional instructions or help of any kind with the car. A few months later, I purchased an iPhone and couldn't sync it to the communication system. Called Chris, he told me to stop by and he would do it for me. He was very helpful and when this lease is up, I'm definitely going back to see him. More
