Both gentleman were courteous and greeted us warmly when we arrived. My husband is a regular customer because he finds the service to be outstanding and insisted on leasing the 300C class for my son for th we arrived. Prices quoted were promptly given for this lease and precise. Vehicle model was found quickly as requested. Paper work was completed quickly and efficiently without alot of waiting. When we came to pick up the vehicle we were not kept waiting and they took care of everything in a very organized manner. I am close to leasing another benz for myself - I presently drive a BMW. He was prompt and attentive, and remembered exactly what I was and wasn't comfortable with, what I definitely wanted in a new car. He had an extensive knowledge of all models and what features they had, he knew almost every car on their lot, which is A LOT of cars. Derik made the car transfer easy, had every piece of paper in order, efficiently showed me all of the features in my new car, and even had my Iphone set up and playing my music while we went over the car menu.
