I have worked with Robert Watson for years. He has been thoughtful and responsive to the service needs of my vehicle. Mine is an older car. So it requires people who understand the car mechanically. Rob understands that and seems always to assure that it is serviced by knowledgeable mechanics. He then clearly explains to me the nature of necessary repairs and the likely cost. He discourages unnecessary or premature repairs and is sensitive to cost. Finally, he gives me realistic expectations regarding when the work is to be completed and informs me when there is a change for the better or worse in that timing.
