Mr. Watson processed my paperwork and set me up with a loaner car in a fraction of the time that it generally took at MB Manhattan. Mr. Watson kept me advised of the status of my car as promised and made the pickup process very smooth. MB Tech Klaus was extremely helpful as well. We went to see a Mercedes E class (10') with no intention of buying a car that day.
