Without exception, the folks at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains are the ultimate in service. I have driven a plethora of Mercedes-Benz vehicles beginning with my first, a 300 TurboDiesel in 1985, a 560 Plains are the ultimate in service. I have driven a plethora of Mercedes-Benz vehicles beginning with my first, a 300 TurboDiesel in 1985, a 560-SL convertible in 1987, and more than a dozen C Class sedans in the early 1990's through 2013. During that time I have had my vehicles serviced by Mercedes dealerships in New York City, Broward County Florida, and Westchester County New York. Some dealerships have been satisfactory, some have been sub-par, but only one: Mercedes-Benz of White Plains, has been worthy of extraordinary accolades. Why you might inquire? Because they care about service for their customers, and they treat their service customers with more extraordinary thoughtfulness and consideration than any dealership I have ever experienced. Because of their competitive prices, my family has purchased 3 new Mercedes-Benz sedans over a four year period from Mercedes-Benz of White Plains, in large part because of their wonderful service. Consider for a moment what they have done that I have personally observed: free automatic car washing is a "given", free loaner cars are a "given", no charge drop off at your home or office of a free loaner car exchanged for your car going in for service and then returning your car fully serviced, really nice, but more than that: returning your fully serviced car the same day they pick up your car, is amazing! But that is only the beginning. I had a problem with a loaner car and they bent over backwards to make it right. Much more than that, I was in a minor side swipe while I was driving my 2010 C-300 on a local street. I thought I was looking at possibly $500. worth of body work (light scratches, small patch of paint rubbed off, etc.). I was concerned because my wife had recently been struck by a van and had over $8,000. worth of damage to her 2013 C-300 4matic, enough to trigger our insurance coverage. When I called the service manager, Chris, he said: "No problem, just bring it over." I did and he looked at the damage and asked if I would stop for lunch at a local restaurant (to which one of his courtesy vans took me and picked me up) and return mid afternoon. I thought "OK, this is going to be more expensive than I imagined", but accepted his offer. When the courtesy van returned, driven by one of the service supervisors, I asked how much I owed for the repair. He said "You are very loyal customers, and we at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains really value your business. There is no charge for the touch ups." Awesome. Then lets consider routine stuff. My NYS Inspection sticker had expired and I realized it 2 months late. I called and said I was going to be in the area and, although it was last minute, asked if could bring in the car for an inspection and wait. Of course they said yes. Within 1 hour I was ready to drive out with my car having passed the inspection, and washed clean. Amazing. Mercedes-Benz of White Plains is absolutely the best of the best! More
