I was an out-of-state purchaser of a CPO Mercedes Benz ML 350 and I dealt with Tom Chen at Mercedes Benz of White Plains. Tom was a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction. Since I was buying the car "sight unseen", I was depending on Tom's honesty in his description of the condition of the car. If anything, Tom's description of the condition of the vehicle was understated. The vehicle was as close to flawless as any used car I have ever seen. Tom also made the logistics of buying a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer very manageable. I chose to pick the car up instead of having it shipped. Tom picked me up at the airport, drove me to the dealership, completed the paperwork, and had me on the road, all in less than two hours. Then, several hours into my drive home, Tom called me to make sure I was doing ok and wasn't having any problems. So I would say that if MB of White Plains is not exactly in your neighborhood, don't worry about it. Call Tom Chen and he will take care of the rest. You might have a long drive home, as I did, but you will be enjoying the ride in your new wheels, which isn't such a bad thing. More
