I liked meeting Alex and leasing my first Mercedes through him. Mostly because he made the experience feel very comfortable, he was never pushy, and he was extremely genuine. Every time I've ever gone into a dealership I've always thought that I just want to look and not be bothered by anyone trying to sell us a car. Alex's approach was very unique. He just sort of sat for the ride, listened, and was helpful with all questions--made out a chart of what payments would be like--and said take this home and think about it. He didn't even take my information when we left. He was clear about the package we were getting, our payments--and he was just someone you'd recommend to friends/family going to look at a car and wanting to speak with someone who was not only knowledgeable, but took the time to make sure you left there feeling like you had a wonderful experience. Overall a great experience. Alex was very attentive, polite and responded to all the questions I had. He was a straight shooter and there were no bs during negotiation. The following are not really negatives, but I think there are room for improvement 1. Alex and I had agreed on a sale price of the vehicle only to be denied by the manager. This is not necessarily Alex's fault. The dealer should think about the process and how to make it enjoyable for the customer. If the price was agreed on between myself and sales, it should be honored. Or change the process where sales need to confirm the price before agreeing with the customer. In my case, the price that we settled later was still cheaper than other dealers but would have been sweeter if it was the price we agreed on. 2. Car did not arrive on the expected delivery date. However Alex was very proactive to ensure he made up in other ways as my car insurance had already been activated. He went the extra mile to ensure I was happy given the late delivery. Again, overall a pleasurable experience with Alex and would definitely work with him again in the future for my car needs. More

I have purchased many vehicles in my years I must say I have never met someone so kind, polite, honest, freindly and professional as Alex Antigua. I came in to inquire on a New (E) class for which he was very enthusiastic about the product and always smileing. When I left I had asked him to email me quotes which I had recieved by the time I pulled out of the dealership. His follow up was excellent, professional and informative. There were dealers who wouldnt even say hi to me and others who did not respond to my inquiries at all. The first thing I said was that I was not interested in purchasing for now and he still spent about an hour with me on a busy day to show me the vehicle. He is a modern day consultant who is up to date with technology and communication which is needed for those who dont have time to visit dealerships. He sent me pictures of the exact vehicle I was interested & offered to bring the vehicle to my job to look at. He has a passion for his brand and provides excellent hospitality at his dealership. I will be buying all of my Mercedes Benz from him for as long as I live. I am happy to have met him and can trust him for any of my future purchases. He is straight to the point and no back and forth nonsense. Although I did not buy a vehicle at this time his service and professionalism deserved to be recognized. We were in the market for a new car. We visited many different dealerships and looked at several makes. We were curious about the new CLA that was being advertised. When we visited Mercedes Benz of White Plains, we met Robert Crosby. He took us for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features of the CLA. It was our first experience with Mercedes and Robert was the ideal person to introduce us to the brand and the dealership. We were very impressed with the car and with Robert. We decided that we wanted the car. He went over all the options that were available and priced out several different combinations for us. We decided on the color and options that we wanted. There was one in stock and we arranged to go ahead with the lease. Before we were scheduled to pick up the car, Robert called to tell us that there was a problem with the car we selected. It needed a part. Since we were leaving on an extended trip, we could not wait for the part to arrive from Germany. He was very understanding and considerate of the situation He proposed several different options as alternatives. In the meantime, he searched for another car in the metropolitan area that was exactly the same as the one we wanted. He was able to find one for us. He delivered it on time and in excellent condition. He spent a lot of time with us going over every feature to be sure we knew how everything worked. It was late in the day when we picked the car up and although it was past normal closing time, he did not rush and was very thorough. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Robert. He went out of his way to ensure that we would be satisfied customers and we are! We would highly recommend asking for Robert when you visit this dealership. You won't be disappointed. Mercedes should be proud to have him as their representative. In addition, Kelly Anderson made the whole finance process easy and pleasant. She was great to work with, too! More

As a single woman it has always been a bit intimidating to me at dealerships hoping not to be taken advantage of by my lack of knowledge. My salesman Mike was terrific and really took the time to explain the different options to make it affordable for me. The big test at the dealership was when I went to pick up my new car. All the paperwork, insurance and CAR were ready for me the minute I got there which was great BUT at the last minute I changed my mind and wanted a different car!! Mike, the sales manager Roberto and even the GM Gary all got involved to get me the car I wanted that day !!! Never made me feel uncomfortable about changing my mind or the amount of work it meant to all of them! I was so impressed with how they handled everything and would absolutely recommend the dealership to everyone looking for a Mercedes! More
