I normally buy my vehicles in Rock-land county and happen to be in the white plains area, I will say that alex has provided me his the hospitality and comfort ness in 1 hour that no other dealerships have offered me in all the years of buying cars. He showed me colors and brochures, provided lease quotes and purchase quotes and cared for what was best for me and my family. He expressed concerns for my miles and damage and said without hesitation to not worry. His competitors immediately said its on me and I would get a bill in a month. I love my new Mercedes more then any other car I have owned because of him, he was very enthusiastic about the product. After listening to my needs, Tom quickly found two vehicles that had all the options I was looking for and were within my price range. He showed me both and we discussed all the differences. I chose the one that was right for me and purchased my Mercedes-Benz the same day. Tom went above and beyond, keeping in touch at all times and even offered to drive the car down to me.
