After having to reject an offer from another dealership coz of a sales person attitude, I started looking beyond my local area. Thanx to the Internet, I was able to find other dealerships. I looked at Mercedes of White Plains. To my surprise, I finalized the deal over the email the same evening. Reaching the dealership the next morning, I changed my mind and re-negotiated the deal for 2 separate cars. Bobby Ayo was very professional and patient through the whole process. Best thing about Bobby was he was very approachable and friendly and his "serving the customer first" attitude was very noticeable. I bought the car the very day. If it was not for Bobby, I would have looked around for even better pricing, but guess you have to settle for comfort and quality of the transaction as well. I purchased a new 2014 E Class Coupe from Bobby Ayo. The actual purchase process was conducted in a very professional manner, no high pressure tactics. We expected that to take about 6-8 weeks. But because of "weather delays" I did not accept delivery of the car until almost 11 weeks from ordering it! This was not Bobby's or the dealers fault, but it was frustrating! More

After he prepared a quote (which I thought was quite fair,having already checked out the C300 at another dealership) we concluded the deal. The following day I came in with a bank check and Alex spent over an hour demonstrating the features of my new car.
