After being a repeated loyal customer of Penske West Covina, I went to Envision Mercedes Benz of West Covina to purchase a new vehicle and had the worst experience ever. Not only did they sell me a lemo Covina, I went to Envision Mercedes Benz of West Covina to purchase a new vehicle and had the worst experience ever. Not only did they sell me a lemon but they sold my former car which I traded in despite me asking them to rescind the contract since they sold me a lemon. Took months for the repurchasing of the lemon car by the manufacturer but I lost money since Envision Mercedes Benz of West Covina refused to rescind the contract. It also took months for Envision Mercedes Benz of West Covina to return my money for the extra warranty I had paid. Envision Mercedes Benz of West Covina just lost a repeated loyal customer. More
