Mallie was an excellent salesperson. !!! Very kind and helpful, not a pushy salesperson. Also, most service people that answer service phone are usually hard to deal with. Female i spok !!! Female i spoke to that scheduled my inspection this time was horrible. She didn't want to give me a loaner. she said if I don't bring my car in before 9:00 a.m. they won't give me a loaner or guarantee my car will be done that day!! I've been going there for years and Jim Horney always guarantees me this if I have a problem with service people on phone, which I do half the time!! The woman I spoke to the day I scheduled my service for the end of May, was VERY rude. She told me that she's been there 11 years and it's not possible to do what I wanted to do!! Horrible attitude with me. I ended up leasing a newer car that day due to Mallie's kindness and attitude. You need to FIRE the nasty woman in service dept!!! I think she said she's a mgr., which I find hard to believe with her nasty disposition!! More

As our first point of contact, she played an integral role in our decision-making process to move forward with this purchase. Mallie’s professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She consistently went above and beyond; which, in turn, made us feel valued. She’s a gem!! And Allison, the finance manager, really impressed us as well (so knowledgeable and kind!). We were ‘consistently’ treated with kindness and respect throughout this entire process - by each and every employee (salesperson; manager; finance manager; all of reception; the product specialist; etc., etc.). And just when we thought they outdid themselves, we’d have yet another “wow!” moment. Here, you are treated like a valued customer from beginning to end. They just get it. Can’t say enough good things about the folks at this dealership! We now have a vehicle we LOVE, and a dealership we’ll enjoy recommending to all our family and friends! More
