This was my first time in a Mercedes dealer and I didn't know what to expect. We walked into the used car section and these cars looked brand new. After sitting in a few, I decided to buy used rather than lease a new car. Tom approached us in a casual and helpful way, asking good questions. He explained the car thoroughly and explained the attractive financing that was available. He was personal and business-like. When I came back on Monday to purchase, the conversation was very professional. He checked out various financing options to find the best. There was never the pressurized hard sell. We came to a good deal and I was very satisfied. He ordered a part for the car that was covered by warranty and explained about using the service department and the free car washing service. When the purchase was finished, he had a technician go over the car with me to explain anything I would need to know for the drive home. Ray Catina's dealer experience is far more like a Four Seasons Hotel than a car dealership. More
