Very helpful staff. Helped guide me to what I needed. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked into the dealership because I was torn between a car, SUV, lease or purchase. Within a short period of time we narrowed down what was best for my particular situation. The salesman-Chris Popin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within a day we had everything set to deliver my new car, and it was a nice feeling they gave me. The day I picked up the car there was a gentleman that spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining every detail and option the car had to offer. He knew the car inside and out, and that made me feel more comfortable. He even offered to come to my home to pair the vehicle to my garage door opener. It was a really nice experience, and I do have another dealer to compare it to. The other dealer was fast paced, hard pressing, and turned out to be a huge fraud. I would refer the Catena dealership and Chris Popin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle because they exhibited professionalism the way it should always be. More

Very good salesmanship and car familiarization! I recently purchased a new Mercedes (E350 my 3rd), this is the first one from Ray Catena. I have always liked Ray Caten's, (I bought a Jaguar from the I recently purchased a new Mercedes (E350 my 3rd), this is the first one from Ray Catena. I have always liked Ray Caten's, (I bought a Jaguar from them in 2002), but they can be a little more pricier. But never the less, this time they did come down a little on the price, (in the past I met with female sales persons, who wanted outrages money and refused to comedown or negotiate on the price, so needless to say each time I went to a different Mercedes dealership, and ended up with a bigger car, that cost a lot less than what they wanted for a small Mercedes C350). This time I worked with a salesman whos name is Stanley Baum, a very nice man, who got the car I wanted and it even had some extras, that I hadn't even thought I wanted, but now really enjoy having. I also meet with Christopher Bradfield, the "product concierge" he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new E350 and how it operates and all the amenities included in this car. More

Mr. Kazdan was very professional, informative, and overall pleasant to deal with. He made leasing my new 2016 E350 4matic Sport absolutely effortless on my part. After only a few short phone conversations, Mr. Kazdan new exactly what I wanted, had all the paperwork drafted, and had my car prepared and ready for pick up. When I arrived Saturday morning all that was left for me to do was sign the paperwork. This was true professionalism at work.
