INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYING From the time my wife and I walked into this well appointed dealership to the time we left driving our Mercedes Benz CLK 250 we were beyond pleased wi From the time my wife and I walked into this well appointed dealership to the time we left driving our Mercedes Benz CLK 250 we were beyond pleased with the dealership, the ambiance, customer service, efficiency and thoroughness of the people assisting us. First the dealership was well appointed. It was expansive and well structured. Mostly all the new and preowned inventory was in the showroom. Shortly after we arrived we met the representative that would ultimately sell the car.; Ed Moravek was a friendly, down to earth guy who (despite the stereotype of a car salesman was genuine, honest and nooooo pressure. He took time to explain everything. We went on a test drive and again, no pressure, lots of dialogue and explanation of the car. The price he quoted was fair, he processed the purchase loan and extended warrantee in an unbelievable short span of time...while we waited for the car to be detailed we were fed, watered, coffeed and even could have played billiards. When the deal was done, the dealership gave us a number of gifts including a certificate for a family portrait by a professional photographer, travel mugs etc. We then were introduced to a friendly and instructive concierge named Nicholas Bradfield who went over the car, the technology from stem to stern in detail. Both my wife and I were impressed with this service and the young man delivering it. I currently have a Porsche and BMW and this was far the best buying experience. More

I spent only about 2 hours doing all the design, build, and financing paperwork for the new car. I'm very satisfied with the experience at Ray Catena and expect to go back next year when another car comes off lease. More

An excellent experience I wasn't expecting to buy a car when I entered the show room. I was introduced to Stanley Baum and he patiently and knowledgeably answered my questions and showed me exactly what I was looking for. We went on a test drive and I told Stanley I would come back later in the day with my wife. It was a pleasant, no pressure situation. When we returned later in the day Stanley spent considerable time with us and made the process of turning in our current car (a BMW that was coming off lease) as easy as could be. We drove in with a BMW and drove out with a new Mercedes. No hassles at all. The experience didn't end there. Nicholas Bradfield then had the difficult task of explaining to me how the car and all of its amazing technology worked. He spent over an hour with me clearly explaining and demonstrating the various systems. He knew his stuff and was able to explain it in a clear and understandable way. I give my overall experience and both Stanley and Nicholas five star ratings in all categories. More

I was able to look at cars without a salesperson hovering trying to sell me something. When I was ready to speak to a salesperson, I met Brett Gardner. He was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and made my car buying experience effortless. He also helped me get the best price for the car. Brett is a good guy and a nice guy and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I felt like I was buying a car from my son. When I went back to pick up the car Christopher Bradfield, the Product Concierge helped me learn my new car. It was as if this job was created for him. He was perfect. He is calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He does his job in a way that I did not feel anxious or bad that I took up so much of his time. My whole car buying experience was wonderful. I was very impressed. I have never had this experience elsewhere when I had previously purchased Mercedes. Good job Ray Cantena! More
