Communicated with me after I left the dealer and each day leading up to vehicle pickup. Always accessible and you won't believe how fast it took to complete the transaction on the day we picked up the vehicle - may have set records! What I found really great was Stan was proud to work for MB and most importantly Ray Catena. He loves what he does and he understands the importance of customer service and I'm sure that it helped us feel comfortable about purchasing a vehicle from him. More

Agreed on a price and we were done. What pleased me the most was I just had to go see the car the first time and go back again to drive it home, did not have a thing to worry about.
