Be careful of Ray Catena! I purchased 2016 Mercedes Sprinter van in August 31. Registered it in State of Nevada on the 8th of September, but as of 11th of November I still don' I purchased 2016 Mercedes Sprinter van in August 31. Registered it in State of Nevada on the 8th of September, but as of 11th of November I still don't have my car title! I have called many times to Ray Catena NJ and finally got my refund check for overpaid registration fees, but still no title... Today I found out they did not even file for the factory warranty, so I was basically running my brand new Sprinter without any warranty for about 3 months. I paid everything up front, it was clear for the beginning that I will be registering it in Nevada. Their argument was later on that they had never dealt with Nevada before and that what caused the hold up. In reality they are just not a good company. They delayed my paperwork. Back in October the DMV officer from Carson City, NV called them and spoke to the lady named Cindy and found out that they had no clue what going on. Another sign of them not being competent in their business is the fact that this BRAND NEW CAR DID NOT HAVE ANY FACTORY WARRANTY FOR THREE MONTHS... Customers, be aware!!! More
