Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with a different dealership a couple weeks before. Due to that experience, it was very tough for me to get financially approved for the car of my choice. After a couple of days, lots of phone calls and a very tough fight from Ryan and Greg (on my behalf) against Mercedes Benz financial I was approved for the loan. Not only did they fight for me but they ended up getting me an even better deal than previously discussed. I feel that I have a small, new family with these guys. We informed Marian what we desired in a car and what we desired paying monthly on a lease, Mercedes of T.O. was the last of five MB dealerships. She was outstanding in all endeavers accomplishing more than asked for. Polite, knowledgable, worked hard at fulfilling our request, and something very important to me was her timely response with requested information to all of our communications.
