I recently had a problem with my 2003 E320. I called Steve Boston and left a message for him who I purchased the car from and explained my situation. Within hours I received a call from Steve Boston who was on a day off along with the assistance of Fred Romsey and Tom Bolton that they solved my problem which was a costly part that was no longer under warranty.The attention I received with my problem was extraordinary. I've dealt with Steve Boston and the staff at the Natick dealership several times in the past and they always make you feel like your family. I would recommand this dealership to anyone. Where else could you go to get an oil change that takes more than 2 hours? Reps don't care about u. They just want to sell u unnessesary services. What a complete waste of time and money. For Mercedes the building itself seemed more fit for a Chevy's dealership. Crappy waiting areas and interior. No one EVER greeted me first. Always had to chase someone to ask anythig at all. The place is NOT busy at all. Lots of jokes and chattings going around between employees. Frankly have been to toyota dealerships and had a more pleasent experience. ThoU all dealerships overcharge their services anyway. If u r gonna ask me to pay $350 for an oil change and some light checking on the vehicle that any local shop can do, at least give me a nice place to wait and some smiles wouldn't hurt either. More
Brought my car to dealership with a ride complaint. After going to a local service center and spending several hours they could not solve the problem. I did not have an appointment but Ken said rest assured we will take care of you. The technition Brian Kelly came to me and asked about my problem. He test drove my car and came back with a large smile on his and said he a good idea of what was wrong. He put the car on the lift and noted that 1 tire had a belt seperation. They other place had balanced my tires and never saw what he saw in less than 15 minutes. I cant express how happy I was with every person at that dealership. I will soon be replacing my car and it will be coming from Mercedes Benz of Natick. More

I went to Mercedes Benz of Natick to service my vehicle last month. When I arrived, it was pouring rain. A sales representative saw that I was trying to come into the dealership. He quickly ran out with hi last month. When I arrived, it was pouring rain. A sales representative saw that I was trying to come into the dealership. He quickly ran out with his umbrella and escorted me inside the building. I thanked him and he gave me his business card, but I explained I was only there for service. I was already pleased with my experience and didn't expect to see the salesman again. I spoke to someone in service, who was also very friendly, and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The salesman saw me leaving and even though I was not interested in buying a car, he escorted me to the vehicle again with the umbrella. The salesman, the person in service, everyone I dealt with were terrific. Not only am I going to service my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Natick, but when I am in the market for a vehicle I will be making my purchase there. Thank you, Will Whittlesey! More
I've owned four Mercedes Benzes since about 1990, usually older ones (present one being a 1991 300E 4-Matic), always serviced by MB of Natick and FMW before that(same place/people). They've always had top-quality mechanics and service advisors with superior training, and good people/great and friendly service all around, from the drivers and desk staff up to senionr management. From personal experience going back 10+ years, I can certainly say this of Bob Swanson - a service advisor who's always taken great care of me AND given good advice on the phone when I've been on the road far from the dealer and had problems - in one case saving me thousands in a new transmission another dealer wanted to put in (not needed - fluid was overfull and smoking out, but that was it; car's still running fine three years later), and Blaine Pelletier, who's taken great care of the car as long as I've owned it. I'm not some well-heeled driver of a big new MB, and a local independent might be cheaper upfront here and there in the short run, but getting consistently great care and advice over the years has SAVED me money and kept the cars running in terrific shape. Sane and sensible folk doing a great job - what more can a guy ask? More
