Perfect every time I arrived at the dealership unsure of what the issue was where I was met with a pleasant salesman named Bill. I was having an issue with my keyfob he I arrived at the dealership unsure of what the issue was where I was met with a pleasant salesman named Bill. I was having an issue with my keyfob he instantly stopped what he was doing and tried his best to help me out. Hoping it was a battery he even walked with me to my car to make sure the problem was solved, it wasnt but it was not his fault at all. After trying a few more things to help he decided it best I speak with service where I met Ian who helped me figure out the options before me and helped me schedule service for a loaner. I came back an hour early for the appointment and was taken right in from the garage where everyone is always friendly and helpful. I was walked to Savannah who took car of the service and we did a quick run down on what was to be done. I even pointed out a last minute tire bubble which she also put in there and was so nice. I was then walked over to the loaner area where I was re met with another lovely gentleman who I have seen enough I should know his name by now. Who helped me with the loaner process and we walked around the car and I was off. Pickup was also simple, the lovely woman at checkout was more than pleasant and the car was brought around looking as beautiful as the day I first picked It up from them. If you come here be prepared to have a second family. This isn't a dealership looking for the quick buck, this is a family that you're welcomed into and taken care of when you're there. I'm as comfy in this dealership as i am my own living room at Christmas. I would like to thank everyone there from my sales person to everyone I've met down the line. I will continue to buy and be serviced from here even if it means waiting a bit longer to upgrade cars. More

Great service! called & spoke to Savannah from the road because my tire was going flat as I drove down the Mass Turnpike & she said of course I could bring my car in called & spoke to Savannah from the road because my tire was going flat as I drove down the Mass Turnpike & she said of course I could bring my car in immediately. It was close to closing time so Mark gave me a ride home in the service van. Both of these employees took care of me immediately & set my mind at ease. Granted, it took 2 days to get a new tire b/c it had to be ordered but that was fine & out of their control. Great customer service! Both of these employees are to be commended! More

Tire Replacement Unexpected tire issue with new tires (5000 miles). Had to put donut on and hard to drive at 50 mph.
