On my latest trip to Mercedes which I didn’t have an appointment I was there at 7 AM on Saturday before my trip to upstate New York. Louis was able to get an oil change done. And check all the other exciting items. Within an hour I was out of there and on my way to a great new day. I was so happy I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and brought back two dozen and dropped them off with the service department.

I went for a recall, so there was no cost. I was in and out with a loaner car in half an hour. Upgrading my diesel could have cost about $4,000, without the Mercedes court settlement. More
