Scheduled work was completed as required, but customer service was subpar. Poor communication (in fact no communication at the time of drop off) of how it would take to complete the work essentially waste service was subpar. Was told it was a 1-2 hr service when I scheduled the appointment several days ago. ended up hanging around for 5 hours in the area for a call that the work was completed! It was my first visit to this dealership for service and therefore don’t have a frame of reference for comparison. Will need to see if this was a one off experience when I try them again next time… More

Scott Masterson was very personable and knowledgeable.
