I was told to go and pick up my car that it would be ready by the end of the day, I spent almost 2 hours in traffic, took a personal day out of work just to go and handle it , paid a towing company 200 ready by the end of the day, I spent almost 2 hours in traffic, took a personal day out of work just to go and handle it , paid a towing company 200 bucks and when I got there my car was outside and everything from the passenger and driver seat was taking off and everything under the seat and when I asked why my car is like that service manager (Geoff Boss) said he would give me 2 options for me to take the car as is and he will knock 100 dollar off or leave the car and come back tomorrow witch I was confused because I stated to him that I missed work to handle this and I can’t miss work again because you guys failed to communicate with each other. I had called the store in the morning letting them know that I was going there to get the car. He was very rude and unprofessional from the begging , spoke to me like I was less of a person, I turned around and stated to him that this Isn’t my fault, he looked at me and told me to get my piece of xxxx car out of there. More
