This service visit was for the scheduled maintenance B, sticky parking break release and state inspection. Requested services were done to my satisfaction except the cost of service. Oil leak was found and sticky parking break release and state inspection. Requested services were done to my satisfaction except the cost of service. Oil leak was found and reported to me, but it was conveyed as not urgent therefore postponed for future visit (too much money for one visit). The parking break pedal assembly was apparently not in stock, therefore I had to leave for one more day. Could they have known stock status and communicated earlier before I had to ask? This vehicles is 2016 E400 model with just 26800 miles and only cruised and driven leisurely, but the parking break pedal has to be replaced and the oil leaks already? I understand any machine can break down at any time, but what about the Mercedes quality the manufacturer is advertising all the time? I am very much disappointed with the Mercedes quality and reliability. I like this dealership for both sales and services. I have purchased two Mercedes cars and serviced here, but I get sticker shocks almost every time I visit for services once the warranty expires. I am not sure what anyone can do about that as long as services get done at the dealership. More
