I turned up with a problem with no appointment and was immediately called in and an advisor checked the vehicle and then they spoke with the manager who added me to the days list and by 5 pm Uber picked u immediately called in and an advisor checked the vehicle and then they spoke with the manager who added me to the days list and by 5 pm Uber picked up from home-car was ready and problem solved This is what going above and beyond for a client is all about. Because he is so knowledgeable about the Mercedes vehicles, he is trustworthy wit for about 7 years. He is a very honest and patient service advisor. The Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Natick is very friendly and very efficient. Their personnel does everything they can to make sure the customer is understood and provided with appropriate service. friendly and very efficient.
