I took my car in for an unexpected suspension malfunction that was not safe for me to drive it. I didn’t ask for a specific service manager as this is the first time my car goes there. I couldn’t get my service manager to give me a timely update on the initial problem assessment. 4 hours after my appointment and no update as we went well into the afternoon, I had to reach out via phone and txt multiple times to finally get him to respond with an update. On the second day after the suspension is fixed, the dealership wasn’t able to arrange a ride for me to go pick up the car so I had to arrange a ride with Mercedes Me on my own. Finally, when I informed my service manager that I am on my way, he simply replied with “Ok” via txt. He didn’t tell me to ask for him when I arrived. After I got home with my car, I noticed that a car wash towel and a window spray bottle were left on my back seat. Clearly my service manager didn’t even bother to walk through my car before signing off that it’s ready. I recently moved to Boston from San Francisco and am looking for my goto Mercedes dealership/service. I took my car to Mercedes of Boston a few months ago for a regular service and it was a great experience (including shuttles to and from my office on the service day). Natick is closer to my house so I decided to go there this time but after this experience, I don’t think I will go back. My experience with Natick Mercedes is really not to the standard of other MB dealership. More
My service agent, Brian, went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t drive my car back home because I needed a part ordered and he went out of his way to find me a last minute car loaner.
