Took my new vehicle (GLC 300) as it needed a software update and the rear left tail light was not shutting off. Abdul couldn’t have been nicer. They gave me a loaner (nice E350) which I had for 4 days update and the rear left tail light was not shutting off. Abdul couldn’t have been nicer. They gave me a loaner (nice E350) which I had for 4 days as they had to order a new tail light part and as was a Friday part would not arrive til Monday. I got my car back yesterday with the rear taillight fixed and a strong diagnosis of the tail light issue. Was a great service and I much appreciate the loaner vehicle. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
