He is thorough, technical and patient. He has taken the time to test the software systems and create his own “cheat sheets” which he shares with the customers for better experience with the car. I have never seen that level of detail from a car dealership! For example: He showed us how to use the voice system in a way that won’t leave us asking the same question many times which he figured out on his own by experimenting in different ways. I had the pleasure of meeting Charles Scrymgeour for the first time in 2016 when looking to lease my daughter's first vehicle.
