Jonny takes great satisfaction from helping customers and demystifying the headen car features. He is well mannered, great people skills, detail oriented and overall a great person. Jonny is an asset to any company he works at because from the 2 hour interaction with him I realized his traits. I would recommend increasing Jonny’s responsibilities and let him have his own team to train. Or let him train the sales reps to explain how the cars operate. Thanks Jonny you’re a rock star!
